Spanish Wells Plantation is one of the most unique residential communities on Hilton head Island. This small, 340-acre community fronts both the Calibogue Sound and Broad Creek and is surrounded by tall oaks draped with Spanish Moss.

Many of the homes within Spanish Wells have private docks and have wooded views or water views. Although the plantation does not have a security gate, the amenities are only available to members and their guests.
