Dear [NAME],

Happy Holidays!

It is nice to take a moment to reflect the past year and realize how blessed I feel in spite of the economic downturn and some unexpected family matters. With Christmas rapidly approaching, Bob and I are busy getting ready for the arrival of family and choosing ways that we may be able to assist others in need.

One thing that is especially nice about helping people relocate is that we have an opportunity to develop friendships and relationships that last long after a closing. I often wonder how I continue to be so fortunate to find the best people to work with year in and year out.

We would like to wish you all a wonderful holiday and hope that you join us in the joyful spirit and traditions of the Christmas season.

White Christmas

Are you really dreaming of a white Christmas, shoveling snow, and melting ice? Why not consider coming to South Carolina for a little golf or tennis or taking a walk on an uncrowded beach?

It is true that we can get some cool days and occasional rain, but having mostly clear sunny days to spend with your friends on the golf course or tennis court can make such a difference in feeling good.

How do I know? Because that is what my friends and clients tell me all of the time. Hilton Head Island is one of the most sought after destinations for retirement because it fills so many needs. The ease of driving from many destinations, the no-hassle Savannah Airport, the numerous activities available throughout the year, excellent dining at all levels, a variety of arts, continuing education, and undeniably the nicest collection of people anywhere make this an unbeatable combination. This has been drawing generations of families here for years.

Schedule your visit now – this is something that you will not regret. Discover why Hilton Head and Bluffton are a wonderful place to call home and where children and grandchildren are anxious to visit.
